One of 20 plates commissioned to illustrate the Leopold von Sacher-Masoch book Venus aux Fourrures. Published by Éditions Argillet, Paris; printed  by Étienne-Denis Brailliard, Geneva. Bearing the Dalí signature blindstamp in the margin lower right.
