Hand-signed in the margin lower right Henri Matisse, also signed with the artist’s monogram and dated in the plate lower right h.m. 29 (in reverse).

A superb impression of the definitive state of this extremely rare etching, apart from the numbered edition of only 25, (there were two additional épreuves d’état and 5 épreuves d’essais,) annotated in pencil in the margin also lower right.
