Hand-signed in red crayon in the margin lower right Picasso, dated in the plate in Roman numerals lower right.

A superb trial proof impression of Geiser/Baer’s second and final state, printed after the steelfacing of the plate, apart from the edition of 60 printed on Arches wove, 40 printed on antique Japan paper, and 2 printed on Japon nacré. Published by Editions Lucien Vollard-Marcel Lecomte, Paris; printed by Macquart, Paris, c. 1947.
