Hand–signed in pencil in the margin lower right Mary Cassatt, also signed in the plate (in reverse) lower left.

A superb impression of Breeskin’s second and final state, printed after the addition of the signature to the plate, printed with rich burr, from the edition of 50, numbered in pencil in the margin lower left, published and issued by the journal L’Estampe nouvelle, Paris, 1904, bearing its stamp (Lugt 668) in black ink at the lower right corner of the plate.
